September Update on the Rental Market in the US
Normally about this year there are a ton more rentals than renters. Who want to move so close to the Holiday season or the rain and cold winter weather? For some reason there are a ton of renters out there looking to move about a 20% increase from last year. I know there are a ton of reasons that can be given for this spike but this is the first year that I have seen a spike this big in September.
