Rental Market Versus Current Events
Here is something I have noticed about the rental market. When events like the Olympics or other events (bad or good) that impact our country happen people forget about moving and focus on what is in front of them. This in my opinion is the best time to strike if you want a great place to rent and do not want to wait in line. So next time stocks crash or the Super Bowl happen get out there and find yourself a great place and forget the lines.
