Rental Market in 2008
I am writing this based on various websites throughout the US. The rental market has been up and down this year but now in late August and the beginning of September it is going strong. My guess it that people were watching the Olympics and there has been a huge flood in the rental market. Normally the summer is very busy for renters and then it slows down but only time will tell this year. Again I will say this for people looking to rent keep your eyes open and focus because these are the months that nobody really want to move so if you have the energy this might be the best time to find a great place.
