Interesting October So Far…Renters Are Not Moving
It is very interesting but ever since the 700 billion dollars was passed by congress the rental market has slowed to a stand still. Anytime there is an announcement by the government that hints at aid to the home owners the rental market creeps to a slow halt. There are a ton of rentals and no renters. If it were me I would take advantage of the market and find myself a great rental while the rest of the country waits for their checks. But I would also sign a short term lease just in case.
